Domestic Shipping Information

If an order is received by 3:00pm EST (and it is in stock) we can usually have it out the same day; otherwise, your order will ship the following business day. All items contained in your order must be in stock before it ships. Once the order leaves our location, standard delivery time within the U.S. usually ranges from 3-7 days. You may view your shipment tracking information by checking your current active orders in the Account section of the site.

If we cannot get the order out sooner, all in-stock orders ship the next business day via UPS or US Mail, depending on the selection you made when you placed your order.

For U.S. destinations, our shipping options are as follows:

  • UPS Ground (3-5 business days)
  • UPS 2nd Day
  • UPS Next Day
    Post Office Boxes, A.P.O., and F.P.O Shipments

    Shipments to PO Boxes, Maine, Montana, Washington, FPO, APO, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam are shipped Priority Mail. Upgrade options are not availabe. Insurance charges may be applied.

    International Shipping and Special Requests

    To arrange for a special shipment request please e-mail sales@tomscoffeecardsandgifts.com and a sales rep will respond quickly to you with details.

    Improper Address

    If you do not provide us the complete proper address or if you request the package to be delivered to another address (other than the one you originally provided us with) and our shipping company charges us, your credit card could be charged up to an additional $15.00.

    What if my order arrives damaged?

    If your order arrives damaged, you must immediately contact our customer service department at [sales@tomscoffeecardsandgifts.com] for further instructions. Please do not discard any of the merchandise or packaging materials, as we may need these items for further investigation into the shipping carrier.

    How do I return an order?

    We have a no questions asked policy in the extremely unlikely event you are not satisfied with the quality of our products. First, you must request a return authorization from our customer service department at [sales@tomscoffeecardsandgifts.com]. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt, as we will not accept returns after that time. Next, you will need to ship your item back to us for a reship or credit less shipping.
